The health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests has and will always be of paramount importance to us. The impact of Covid-19 has been far reaching within the Cairn Group however, working as a team to manage this, we are continuously developing our hospitality offering from providing accommodation to our key workers to welcoming back our leisure guests.
We are implementing measures throughout our hotels so our staff and guests remain safe when using our facilities whilst still having a great experience. We are adhering to government guidance to ensure our sites are operating in a Covid Secure manner across all departments from food and beverage to leisure and events.
Our hotels are all unique and have undertaken site specific risk assessments for all departments that are currently operating to not only meet our legal obligations but to ensure each site has a host of specific control measures in place including hand sanitisers at all entrance points, increased cleaning of all touch points, social distancing floor markings, limited number of people in lifts, non essential items available on request only, non-contact food take away or room service options and health & safety champions on all sites.
Along with our social distancing and enhanced hygiene we are implementing a new ‘Cleanliness Assured’ Programme at all Hotels to further safeguard our staff and guests against the Covid 19 virus. As and when any further measures are announced by UK Government, we will respond accordingly.
