Sohe to Spice up Graduation Celebrations this July

THE Class of 2016 are invited to celebrate their achievements with family and friends at Asian-fusion restaurant Sohe, as it exclusively opens its doors throughout the day during the graduation period.
The exotic eatery, based in Jesmond, renowned for its cosmopolitan interiors, flavour-packed Asian-fusion cuisine and extensive cocktail menu has launched a special graduation menu fit for the occasion, available from 7 to 20 July 2016, making it the perfect destination for congregation toasts this summer.
To mark the year, diners can enjoy a two course meal for £20.16, complete with a complimentary glass of prosecco to raise a glass to the graduate.
Appetiser options include Vegetable Spring Rolls with sweet chilli sauce, Chicken Karaage – Korean popcorn chicken with a honey and ginger dipping sauce, Piquant Beef Salad, and Shanghai Pork Buns.
For the main event, dishes available are Roasted Spiced Salmon Fillet served with vermicelli noodles, edamame beans, bamboo shoots, pickled ginger and a Korean dressing, Balinese Duck – slow roasted duck leg served with hot and sticky vegetables, Indonesian Beef – braised beef served with fragrant rice and a pineapple and cherry tomato salsa, and Panko Pumpkin – tempura and panko pumpkin with a honey and sesame dressing.
